He pursued advanced leadership education in the United States, completing multiple professional military courses alongside a Master's degree. He further expanded his expertise through security fellowship programs in Germany, and holds a Master's degree in Strategic Planning from the United Kingdom. Building on this extensive academic and operational foundation, he now serves as a Business Consultant, advising organizations on strategic planning, security, and operational excellence. He leads the company's vision and overall direction in delivering integrated industrial security and safety solutions across the Kingdom.

Kaleem Ahmad brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in security leadership and risk management, shaped by a distinguished career as a Military officer with and senior security executive at Upstream (E&P), Midstream and Downstream Oil & gas Security. A Certified Protection Officer (IFPO, USA) and Timothy J. Walsh Award holder from AISIS and a member of ASIS Risk Assessment Committee. Represented as Key note speaker at various Oil and Gas Security conferences across Middle East, Europe & USA. At the helm of our Security Consulting practice, he leads with a client-first approach, helping organizations navigate complex risk landscapes with clarity, confidence, and operational excellence.

A senior security practitioner with over 25 years of experience in security and risk management, supply chain and maritime security, and logistics across North America, Middle East, South Asia, and Africa with a track record of developing and implementing strategies in security & risk management, threat assessment, crisis management, and operational resilience for both government and corporate sectors. Graduate of US Army School of Advance Military Studies (SAMS), Command and General Staff College (CGSC), and Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) and National Defense University (NDU).
